1. Who we are
AgrowNex is a farming assistant app for Tamil Nadu farmers, operated by SANTA MARIA ENTERPRISES (proprietor: Maria Joseph Saron Fdo E; Udyam UDYAM-TN-26-0095328), 232/1 North Raja Street, Near Mattakadai, Thoothukudi 628001, Tamil Nadu — the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. 2. What we collect
- Account: mobile number (sign-in by OTP through Firebase).
- Profile: name, language, district, block, village, landmark, years of farming, land holding, farmer type, optional photo, gender and education (optional).
- Location: your device GPS position when you choose "use my location" during setup, and the farm boundaries you draw. We do not track your location in the background.
- Farm records: crops, farm products, expected harvest, tasks, diary entries.
- Photos and voice: crop/leaf photos you take for disease checks, and voice notes you record.
- AI chat: questions you ask the assistant and its answers.
- Technical: an app-install ID, device model, app version and crash/error reports.
We do not collect contacts, SMS, call logs, or payment card details.
3. Why we use it
- Weather, market prices, crop calendar and daily tasks for your village and crops.
- Crop disease detection from your photos, and answers in the AI chat.
- Connecting you to an FPO or KVK — only if you ask for it.
- Keeping your account secure and fixing app errors.
We do not sell your data and do not show advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- Google Firebase — phone sign-in and app crash reports (Crashlytics).
- OpenAI and Google Gemini — process your crop photos, voice and chat questions to give answers.
- Cloudflare R2 — stores photos and voice notes.
- Railway — hosts our servers and database.
- Sentry — server error reports (no request bodies, tokens or phone numbers).
- FPO / KVK / buyers — your profile or produce details, only after you give consent in the app. You can withdraw consent at any time.
These providers may store data outside India, including in the United States. Market prices and weather are read from public sources (Agmarknet, data.gov.in, Open-Meteo); none of your data is sent to them.
5. Permissions the app asks for
- Location — fill your village and farm location.
- Camera / photos — crop disease photos and profile photo.
- Microphone — voice questions and voice notes.
You can refuse any permission; only that feature stops working.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you close your account, sign-in stops at once and your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. See Delete your account for what is deleted and the few records kept by law.
7. Your rights
You can see and correct your profile in the app (Profile → Edit profile), withdraw consent for sharing, and close your account (Profile → Account settings → Close account). You can also email us to access, correct or erase your data. We reply within 30 days.
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Photos are kept in private storage. Access by our staff is limited and logged.
9. Children
AgrowNex is meant for adult farmers (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the account.

2. நாங்கள் சேகரிக்கும் தகவல்
- கணக்கு: மொபைல் எண் (Firebase மூலம் OTP உள்நுழைவு).
- சுயவிவரம்: பெயர், மொழி, மாவட்டம், ஒன்றியம், கிராமம், அடையாள இடம், விவசாய அனுபவம், நில அளவு, விவசாயி வகை, புகைப்படம், பாலினம், கல்வி (விருப்பத்தேர்வு).
- இருப்பிடம்: அமைப்பின்போது "என் இருப்பிடம்" என்பதைத் தேர்ந்தால் மட்டும் GPS இடம், நீங்கள் வரையும் வயல் எல்லைகள். பின்னணியில் உங்கள் இருப்பிடத்தைக் கண்காணிப்பதில்லை.
- வயல் பதிவுகள்: பயிர்கள், விளைபொருட்கள், அறுவடை எதிர்பார்ப்பு, பணிகள், குறிப்பேடு.
- புகைப்படம், குரல்: நோய் பரிசோதனைக்கான பயிர்/இலை புகைப்படங்கள், குரல் பதிவுகள்.
- AI உரையாடல்: நீங்கள் கேட்கும் கேள்விகளும் பதில்களும்.
- தொழில்நுட்பம்: செயலி நிறுவல் அடையாளம், கைபேசி மாடல், செயலி பதிப்பு, செயலிழப்பு/பிழை அறிக்கைகள்.
தொடர்புகள், SMS, அழைப்புப் பதிவுகள், வங்கி அட்டை விவரங்களை நாங்கள் சேகரிப்பதில்லை.
3. எதற்காகப் பயன்படுத்துகிறோம்
- உங்கள் கிராமம், பயிருக்கான வானிலை, சந்தை விலை, பயிர் காலண்டர், தினசரி பணிகள்.
- புகைப்படத்திலிருந்து பயிர் நோய் கண்டறிதல், AI உரையாடல் பதில்கள்.
- FPO அல்லது KVK உடன் இணைத்தல் — நீங்கள் கேட்டால் மட்டும்.
- கணக்குப் பாதுகாப்பு, செயலிப் பிழைகளைச் சரிசெய்தல்.
உங்கள் தரவை நாங்கள் விற்பதில்லை; விளம்பரங்கள் காட்டுவதில்லை.
4. யாருடன் பகிர்கிறோம்
- Google Firebase — தொலைபேசி உள்நுழைவு, செயலிழப்பு அறிக்கைகள் (Crashlytics).
- OpenAI, Google Gemini — பதில் தர பயிர் புகைப்படம், குரல், கேள்விகளைச் செயலாக்குகின்றன.
- Cloudflare R2 — புகைப்படம், குரல் பதிவுகள் சேமிப்பு.
- Railway — எங்கள் சர்வர், தரவுத்தளம்.
- Sentry — சர்வர் பிழை அறிக்கைகள் (கோரிக்கை உள்ளடக்கம், டோக்கன், மொபைல் எண் இல்லாமல்).
- FPO / KVK / வாங்குபவர்கள் — செயலியில் நீங்கள் ஒப்புதல் தந்த பின் மட்டும். ஒப்புதலை எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் திரும்பப் பெறலாம்.
இந்த நிறுவனங்கள் தரவை இந்தியாவுக்கு வெளியே (அமெரிக்கா உட்பட) சேமிக்கலாம். சந்தை விலை, வானிலை பொது மூலங்களிலிருந்து (Agmarknet, data.gov.in, Open-Meteo) பெறப்படுகிறது; உங்கள் தரவு அவர்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்படுவதில்லை.
5. செயலி கேட்கும் அனுமதிகள்
- இருப்பிடம் — கிராமம், வயல் இடத்தை நிரப்ப.
- கேமரா / புகைப்படங்கள் — நோய் புகைப்படம், சுயவிவரப் புகைப்படம்.
- மைக்ரோஃபோன் — குரல் கேள்விகள், குரல் பதிவுகள்.
எந்த அனுமதியையும் மறுக்கலாம்; அந்த வசதி மட்டும் வேலை செய்யாது.
6. எவ்வளவு காலம் வைத்திருப்போம்
கணக்கு திறந்திருக்கும் வரை தரவு வைக்கப்படும். கணக்கை மூடினால் உடனே உள்நுழைவு நின்றுவிடும்; உங்கள் தனிப்பட்ட தரவு 30 நாட்களுக்குள் நிரந்தரமாக நீக்கப்படும். எவை நீக்கப்படும், சட்டப்படி எவை வைக்கப்படும் என்பதை கணக்கை நீக்குதல் பக்கத்தில் பாருங்கள்.
7. உங்கள் உரிமைகள்
செயலியில் சுயவிவரத்தைப் பார்த்துத் திருத்தலாம் (சுயவிவரம் → சுயவிவரத்தைத் திருத்து), பகிர்வு ஒப்புதலைத் திரும்பப் பெறலாம், கணக்கை மூடலாம் (சுயவிவரம் → கணக்கு அமைப்புகள் → கணக்கை மூடு). தரவைப் பெற, திருத்த, நீக்க மின்னஞ்சலும் அனுப்பலாம். 30 நாட்களுக்குள் பதிலளிப்போம்.
8. பாதுகாப்பு
தரவு மறையாக்கப்பட்ட இணைப்பில் (HTTPS) அனுப்பப்படுகிறது. புகைப்படங்கள் தனிப்பட்ட சேமிப்பில் உள்ளன. ஊழியர் அணுகல் வரம்புக்குட்பட்டது, பதிவு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
9. குழந்தைகள்
AgrowNex வயது வந்த விவசாயிகளுக்கானது (18+). குழந்தைகளின் தரவைத் தெரிந்தே சேகரிப்பதில்லை. குழந்தை பதிவு செய்திருந்தால் மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்புங்கள்; கணக்கை நீக்குவோம்.
