Delete your AgrowNex account

Option 1 — in the app

Open AgrowNex and sign in.
Go to Profile → Account settings.
Tap Close account and confirm.

Option 2 — without the app

Email agrowai.tn@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you signed up with. We will confirm with an OTP or call to that number, then close the account within 7 days.

What happens

Immediately: you are signed out and can no longer sign in.
Within 30 days: we permanently delete your data.

Changed your mind? Email us before the 30 days end.

Mobile number and sign-in account
Profile: name, village, location, photo, farm details
Farms, boundaries, crops, tasks and diary
Crop photos, disease results and voice notes
AI chat history, notifications and settings
FPO / KVK requests and sharing

Kept (not linked to your number or profile)

Consent and security logs — proof required by law.
Completed sales, orders and traceability records — needed by buyers and for tax.
Organic certification records — required by certifiers.

These are kept only as long as the law or certification rules require.

வழி 1 — செயலியில்

AgrowNex-ஐத் திறந்து உள்நுழையுங்கள்.
சுயவிவரம் → கணக்கு அமைப்புகள் செல்லுங்கள்.
கணக்கை மூடு அழுத்தி உறுதிசெய்யுங்கள்.

வழி 2 — செயலி இல்லாமல்

"Delete my account" என்ற தலைப்புடன், பதிவு செய்த மொபைல் எண்ணைக் குறிப்பிட்டு agrowai.tn@gmail.com முகவரிக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்புங்கள். அந்த எண்ணுக்கு OTP அல்லது அழைப்பு மூலம் உறுதிசெய்து, 7 நாட்களுக்குள் கணக்கை மூடுவோம்.

என்ன நடக்கும்

உடனே: வெளியேற்றப்படுவீர்கள்; மீண்டும் உள்நுழைய முடியாது.
30 நாட்களுக்குள்: உங்கள் தரவு நிரந்தரமாக நீக்கப்படும்.

மனம் மாறினால் 30 நாட்கள் முடியும் முன் மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்புங்கள்.

மொபைல் எண், உள்நுழைவுக் கணக்கு
சுயவிவரம்: பெயர், கிராமம், இருப்பிடம், புகைப்படம், வயல் விவரங்கள்
வயல்கள், எல்லைகள், பயிர்கள், பணிகள், குறிப்பேடு
பயிர் புகைப்படங்கள், நோய் முடிவுகள், குரல் பதிவுகள்
AI உரையாடல் வரலாறு, அறிவிப்புகள், அமைப்புகள்
FPO / KVK கோரிக்கைகள், பகிர்வுகள்

வைக்கப்படுபவை (உங்கள் எண் / சுயவிவரத்துடன் இணைக்கப்படாது)

ஒப்புதல், பாதுகாப்புப் பதிவுகள் — சட்டப்படி தேவையான ஆதாரம்.
முடிந்த விற்பனை, ஆர்டர், கண்டறிதல் (traceability) பதிவுகள் — வாங்குபவர்கள், வரிக்குத் தேவை.
இயற்கை வேளாண் சான்றிதழ் பதிவுகள் — சான்றளிப்பவர்களுக்குத் தேவை.

சட்டம் அல்லது சான்றிதழ் விதிகள் கோரும் காலம் வரை மட்டுமே இவை வைக்கப்படும்.
